well guys the time has finally come when i have no choice but to give Gizmo up.

heres his story, he came to me the biggest of his clutch along with his wee (and i mean wee) brother they lived together for about 1 month then started being a bit temperamental so i removed one and the wee one flourished he grew like a weed but unfortunately gizmo didn't. we thought maybe it had something to do with being lonely. so Emma kindly gave me a wee baby female beardie who was 2 inches smaller than gizmo and they got on like a house on fire (baring in mind this wee female was born 5 months later than him) so he came round a bit still wasn't eating a lot but he was eating. well now 3 months or so on and she has out grown him now and is now bigger than him and will soon have to be moved out of the tank as the size difference is beginning to get big.

i have had a good lot of chats with Emma about this and we cannot figure out why he wont grow but we know he cannot be paired with anything as he just gets outsized in a short time.

because of this im no longer able to keep him as i do not have the room for another tank and i feel he would be better off going to someone who wants him and will keep him as a pet and nothing else. i will not recoment that when he gets to breeding size that he ever be bred from due to his problem.

if anyone is interested in this wee guy please let me know but i will be VERY picky when it comes to who gets him as i want to make sure he is given the best care and looked after correctly as he deserves.

heres a quick pic of him

this was taken a wee while ago and he has grown a bit since then

I'll have a word with my sister in law, she's in Newtownards and has a leo at the minute so she might be tempted. Good luck finding the right home for him.
