Hi
My name is Julie and I have joined this group to see if anyone would like a Chinese water dragon. My son has had her (we think it's a her) for two years. Last year he joined the Army and I have been caring for the lizard since. He had hoped that once settled at a base he could take her but now realises that he couldn't rely on her being cared for properly when he is posted to Iraq or Afghan. He is worried that if his friends are also posted she may be forgotten and starve. He has asked me to find a good home for her and this is my first attemp. I do hope I am doing this right. She is very friendly and calm. Loves being handled and has a beautiful face. I live in west Yorkshire and would love someone who will care for her to give her a new home. Thank you Julie |

Hi Nat
Thanks for the info. I think she's a she because she doesn't have a big crest (is that the right word) I will gladly put a picture on, I'll take one now so will be a few minutes. How do I add it to the forum? As far as I know she is intact although I really am not sure what you mean by that (as you can see I don't know much about lizards) I don't want anything for her only that she goes to a good home. We live North Wakefield near junction 41 of M1 and Junction 28 and 30 of M62. Hope this helps. Julie |

yes a picture always helps a sale!!!
And by intact i mean, has she lost any toes or part of her tail ? its a weird question, but yes people will ask!! lol to put photos on you need to go to your photobucket account or create one and copy and paste the image code of the picture into where you write your message, not too good at explaining! lol

HI Nat
She has five toes on each leg all with nails and her tail looks full length to me as it tapers off at the end. She was young when my son got her so she should be about two years now. Julie |
