Generally Bells have the redder eyes, and chocolatey bands (not to be confused with Chocolate Tremper Albinos of course!) In fact the first picture looks exactly like a Bell Albino. The second one is in shed and it makes it look a bit more wishy washy, under that it'll look the same as the first one.
Trempers have silvery eyes... other than that I can't really explain... Next time you're in the shop, shout and I'll show you!
