a beardie in a cricket tub? i doubt he will be able to bask adequatley enough in that?

a baby needs a spot of about 100 degrees to bask under to aid digestion but also needs a cool end of about 85 where he can escape to if he gets too hot, can he get that in that tub?

why not section a part of the viv off at feeding time so that it is made smaller for him then once feeding time is over let him have the roaqm of the full viv again?
