Nice uros.
I would offer water from a pipette and see if they want it. or start putting a little more water on thier food...or add a water bowl and remove once they have drunk from it..if they do. A bath may do the job. Having not seen many occelated uros i dont know but usual signs of dehydration would be sunken eyes and pastey and saggy skin.

I've had them for four months, they get curly kale which my friend from work told me is good for them, she knows her stuff as her sister works in a reptile shop.
I feed them every other day and like i said i always make sure their food gets washed so theres always water in their bowl aswell. I will get them some alfalfa from co-op and try them with that, i don't think they'd appreciate me trying to give them water from a pipette. I thank you for your advise. |

kurly kale is not the best food to give them
too much is no good for them and should only be given as a treat. they should really being eating greens like romaine, endive, dandelion leaves, spring greens, parsley, spinich, daisys, dill, rosemary, sage,s orrel, various species of grass can also be offered. they should be having a variety of these greens and also a variety of seeds should be offered daily such as,,green and red lentils, small grain corn, small green peas, barley, wheat, soy beans, vetch, oats, hemp, mung beans, sunflower seeds, buckwheat, millet, pinenuts. they can also be fed various insects such as cockroaches, waxys, crickets, locusts,an adult uro should be getting these once or twice a week and juvies should be getting them 4-7 times a week. their diet should vary ie:change the food offered often

uros should have food everyday...not every other day
there should always be fresh veg and always be a bowl of seeds etc in the enclosure at all times.
