Can a fully grow BD live happily in a 3X2X2 viv??? From baby to adult

You're going to get shouted at saying 4X2X2 is bare minimum. I'd say its dependant on the size of the dragon but you should consider it growing out of a 3ft one being a possibility.

Wrong section but thought I'd answer anyway.

Oh and yes you can handle them a lot, but when they're babies they get cold very quickly so I'd recommend keeping handling times in short amounts often if you want.
