Question Water dragon viv's

HI Everyone,

I'm getting my water dragon a new viv soon and wondered if anyone had any pic's of there viv's so i can get some ideas on how to decorate it.

The viv will be 5foot high by 5foot long and 2foot deep.

Thanks.

hey hun,

well my CWD is a weird one - when i first got her i had her in a massive viv that was 5ft HIGH and 3ft WIDE and about 2ft deep, but shes just an anomaly in the world and spent 99.9% of her time on the floor of her viv! she hardly ever climbs unless its to sit on the log under her basking spot or to sit on the stick above her water! i thought she'd appreciate more floor space so sold my old one and got her a 4ft long by 2ft high by 2ft wide one instead - she absolutely loves it and is always rummaging about. if she seems cramped once she reaches full size id get her a 5 or 6ft long one. hopefully your dragon will like their tall viv but heres a pic of my nox's anyway!!

Thats exactly the same size as the one im getting and cant wait to set it up!

I'll post a link on here that someone gave me on another thread for fake plants that arent so expensive as the exo-terra stuff and look absolutely awsome!

I'll get some pics of mine in stages as im setting it up.

Also, let me know of any ideas you have for yours

Artificial Plant Shop | Imitation Trees | Synthetic Flowers | Faux Ivies at Neuhaus Decor

check this link out, they have some excellent fake trees around 4ft high that would be ideal for them to climb and hide in!

Was recommended from someone else in the forum and a few others said they had used them. Very cheap!

I ordered a 4ft palm, 2 boston ferns and 2 other ferns, all for £50 including p&p

Was my pleasure!

I did exactly the same, went from garden centre to garden centre, B&Q, Homebase....

There is one chain called Dunhelm Mill, its kinda like homebase, if there is one near you it might be good to pop in as they do some cool looking ivy thats only about £3 a go.

Do you have any pics of your water dragons? would love to see them
