thanks for all of the responses guys
my friend says that similar looking geckos are usually just sold as house gecko's??

i dont know much about them to be honest, just enough to look after it. im slowly getting in to geckos, got a flame cresty on order! cant wait!!! couldnt believe how hard they are to get hold of sometimes. ive found breeders with waiting lists and allsorts.
in the end i got a lad at a small petshop to pull a few strings, as i wasnt going to have any other morph than a flame.

look at me waffling on lol.

back to the gecko, does anyone recommend someone to identify it??

I would say it looks lke some sort of hemidactylus but thats all i can suggest really.

yer ive just put turkish gecko into google, and it seems pretty similar, i havent really got that close to it, as its not very tame at all.
