Aww thanks everyone yes the hide is pretty big but he has trouble getting in and out of it now lol he lifts it up with his head to get in and out we need to get him something bigger but its the biggest we can find, hes got his log as while which is pretty big, his tank doesn't look really pretty inside cos he keeps making it a mess!

hes about 2 foot 4 I think at the moment, hes getting a big boy lol, he eats medium rats at the moment but he loves miros and locs and he eats greens and eggs, snails pretty much anything like that he will eat he loves eggs so much lol, yes he has uv and the substrate is repo bark which is compeltey harmless and also is great for humdity.

Ah, he is lovely We gave up trying to lanscape our tegus cage as well, he just destroys everything. We have put in a stack of fake plants and some big pieces of cork bark, and he just builds his own hide out of them - which is good as I havent seen anything buyable that could hold him!
