I love seeing pics of your tegus, they look very happy in the sun Ive got a feeling my baby one is going to look a lot like the top pic when he is grown up...the markings are very very similar.

the male enjoys being outside more than the female.he kept moving away because i was blocking his sun when taking the pics.lol.my wee girl was trying to give him a daisy in that pic. thats why hes running away.

I just love tegu's. I wish i had one, one day. Are they hard to look after??? And are they good tempered?
Such awesome reps, good pics. Looks like he thinks he's in the Caribs or something

i wouldnt say they were hard to look after. same with other reps really lots of research and commitment involved.brilliant temperments.(except when just woken up from hibernation) my male didnt like me for a couple weeks.

just so happens the male dug under the fence and got into next doors garden. was a case of knocking the door and saying "please can i get my lizard back"

well he cant be get a lot of the sun in scotland lol he looks relly good i wunt one
