Detailed Blue Tongue Skink Caresheet - BlueTongueSkinks.NET is the best thing I've found, but basically it's very hard to tell. Most people just put two together and monitor them...see what happens (if they are planning to mate them that is).

Yes just had a read through that web site and it seems unless you have a few to compare each other with the only other way would be to hope to see the hemipenes. I have no plans to buy another one but it would be nice to know incase i do decide to add another in the future.

Well I have a male IJ and he has been leave sperm all round his tank...which is a pretty good indication. And I have seen his hemipenes also.
