Funny you should say that, there was one at the norwich reptile show that i thought was quite obese and ragged. though i think it was alot older and had jst let itself go lol

I paid 500 for mine, though most are 450. Mine was more cos he was quite young compared to most that are available. Amazing temperament he has though. What are cresties like? Never kept geckos myself.

fun! there frogs in a lizards body im sure of it!! they will jump onto anything you put infront of them! quite funny to watch them hunt aswell!! i wouldnt mind getting a monitor sometime in the near future! was thinking about a bosc! sorry to hear about yours by the way!

Do it! Monitors are ace. most are very active and very intelligent.

On the subject of my bosc, i think it was much deeper problem than temps n stuff. unfortunate really. but i shall not be disheartened.

Leos never tickled my fancy but cresties are very eye catching.
