Default Bearded dragon cage setup

Hi, I am probably going to get a beardie can someone give me some things that I need. I live in US so can someone give me websites that are .com. Give me a price range please. Also, I can only fit in a 3ft cage maybe 3 and half depending on the size of the beardie. Is that good or bad? Can I have some links for cages. I don't want to get one that is too much money but one that is a good fair price and it must be good. Thanks for your help!

If you can only fit a 3.5ft tank I wouldn't put a beardie in it as is a bit on the tight side. I would get a rankins instead as they look similar but are smaller.

3 1/2 foot would be fine. The bare minimum is 3ft an the 6 inches wouldn't make a huge amount of difference. I'd try and make it a bit deeper to compensate though

I am not having a go but an adult bearded dragon can grow to around 2ft that would mean the tank wouldn't even be twice its length. Rankins grow to around 10 inches so would have much more room in the vivarium.

yeah they can grow up to that size but most probably hit around the 18 - 20inch size. German giants can get to 30inches but i can't remember people saying a 5foot viv as a minimum. A 42inch viv should be ok but if the beardie starts to turn out to be a biggie the viv size would need to be looked at as it gets older.

Just wondering is there any really way for me to add in more space or to make a cage more spacey. Could I increase the width?

Try the care sheet section.
Also have a look at the Habitat pictures in the picture section

just search bearded dragon care in google and that should come up with care sheet too - lotsof infoon housing on them etc
