my bearded dragon regurged today, how long do i leave it to feed him again.

I would try again tomorrow.
Do you know why he regurged? Did he eat too much?

i tryed him on morios, i think i will cut there heads of next time

How big is he? Morios will only usually cause regurging in dragons that are much too small to eat them, or dragons that have some kind of health problem...

he is an adult male i got on tuesday, he wasnt looked after very well, he was kept with his sister and now seperated, he had a heat rock in the viv, i have now set it up properly, and i thought some morios wold be nice for him.

but about 300 today he brought yesterdays meal up,
