Hey all just sent Hades Dragons a message about this!

Well it all started at 9AM yesterday on my day off I was expecting a lie in!

Arnold my BD gets up at 8.30AM each day, and usually basks however !

9AM Strikes ..... scratch scratch bang bang i wake up and tell him to go bask! 15 minutes later the same so I thought ok funny boy! ill let you come out!

so I slide the viv door open he charges out - so I told my mum and dad to knock before entering since he races round my room, he has no were to go in regards of getting lost or stuck I haveit all umm cordonned off if thats the word!

so I left his door open anyway and got another hours sleep, I woke up he was back in the tank having a bask, it was cleaning day so I opened all the windows curtains and blinds, soon as I got up he charged out the tank racing round my room this time climbing up the cricket catcher tubs, then jumping back down to run back to the viv for a quick 10 minute bask again!

As the day goes on he becomes more and more hypo, I have a video on my mobile I just need to no how to get it here, its of him jumping up grabbing his hammock and literally swinging of it then shivvying along it before jumping out the viv to then go an race round some more, running over to my other vivs, then back in for another bask, eventually around 3PM he begang to settle down a bit in the sun as my room according to my temperature thing was hitting 30c he was basking were the sun shined the most, so all of a sudden he gets up...

Beard went jet black and away he goes head bopping like a mad man his beard was black for a good half hour, he was running round like this, then stopping to slam his feet and bop, and running in his tank then darting accross his basking log and litteraly jumping/throwing himself into the corner on top of the cactus, at which 1 point he jumped so high he hit his energy saver light which swung like mad and sa ton top of his fake cactus black beard looking at me !

So I go to shut the viv door he darts to it basically insisting he is not finished! and he continues to come back out and run around till about 5pm before going back in to bask untill about 9PM were he eventually fell asleep!

Anyone elses BD have a mad day yesterday ?

im asuming mine was so hypo due to the extreme heat / sunny weather

My beardie seemed a bit on the hyper side yesterday not sure what it was all about but he definitely wasn't interested in being in his viv! He was running all over the place too and head bobbing left, right and centre. I guess it must be to do with mating season? Even though we only have him and no females.....

My beardie didnt do anythng like that.
He just sat on his log all day until i fed him.
I suppose its because i keep my vivs in a room which is quite cool.

hehe well my room is is really bright and when its hot my room is baking! and his viv is under the window but the sun is visible due to his viv being glass, if you cann tell me how to upload from my phone ill put it on, its only about 10 seconds as I wanted to prove to my mum he is a nut job and he does mad things lol

i think u have to use the usb lead ur phone came with, think its similar to how you get your pics off your phone onto your pc. i put my fave girl in the bath yest and every time she thought i was not looking she kept flicking me with water ... they do have such great personalities !!

Lol mine splashes like a nutter in the bath but loves to be sprayed with warm water he paddles close to the mister with a cheeky grin :P

I bathed mine the other day and when it came to taking her out she sort of hit my hand rapidly with her fore arm as if to say 'five more minutes mam'! it was so cute!
