Default Anyone kept a male +female bd together ?
Concerned that my two lovely beardies may indeed be male and female...is it really not a good idea to keep them together?

whilst babys its ok until about 6/7 months old and to answer your question there are people who keep them together, most rep shops do, but its never advised and because yours are young you cant be 100% sure of sex, if you post up some pics then we could guess and also if they are male and female then they will need to be seperated because the male will do his thing with the female when shes too young and laying eggs too young can cause serious health problems to your girl.

only prob you have is you dont want them to breed too early (for your girlies sake) so you will have to seperate them at some point

no it isnt!! they will over breed and then the female can get serious health issues and in severe cases when this carries on can even be death.

if you want a healthy girl then seperate when they get to around 6 months old.

Right I am going back to the rep shop where I got them as they said they would be fine together! he said they were male and female! See what hes got to say for himself......fingers crossed thay are both female but I have my suspicions.....

they will probably say that they will exchange one for another but i doubt you will want to...
