Hi I hope this is a better picture to try and sex my bearded dragon. Let me know if u need a better picture, I've never had to do this before, so I'm hoping I've got it right . He went to the vets yesterday and got a clean bill of health but the vet thinks he is a she.

this is my male you see the two bulges this is male..a female has only one bulge that is like a semi circle.

males have lump either side, females have a lump in the center, hope thats simple enough.

Is this any better it's the best i can get atm. Sorry I don't feel confident in sexing him/her myself I don't have another beardie to compare him to, which i suppose makes it abit easier. My camera phone isn't great either. Sorry to be a pain

Yeah really sorry about the picture it was as close as i could get with my camera phone it's not very good atall. Thanks for your comment though. I was sold him/her as a male. If any could give me a rough idea that would be good. Thank you

try taking one a little further away and ide be temted to say girl too but not 100%

If your Beardie will sit on a table or the floor without running away, sit it there and lift it's tail up to a nearly 90 degree angle. As the pic shows above you will either see 2 bumps either side of the tail or one bump in the middle. U can take your pic from there too.
