I remember him on one thread saying about them not having spot bulbs in with the turtles ?.

In a room which is already warmer then what subtropical turtles should be kept at putting a spot bulb in there would probs make things worse. Not having one in there doesn't seem to effect them in anyway they seem happy and active and thats all that matters i think.
