I Have Many Animals But My All Time Favourite Is The Chameleons That I Used To Have. I Had A Male And A Female(living Seperately) And I Used To Hold Them All The Time! I Would'nt Say They Are Hard To Keep Only That When They Need To Go To The Vet Like Mine Did The Fees Were High!

what did the guy in the shop say and as for your choice of reptile dont get a certain species just because its easier to look after get a lizard that you will enjoy you will put the work in the regardless where as if u get a species that you dont really like all that much and are just getting it because its easy you will end up not looking after it

iam not saying thats the case here just trying to help dont be too put off cause it is a little harder somtimes

He said if its your first reptile a beardie would be the best but i did say i wanted one i could handle a lot and he said a beride. I like the beardies i think they look good and always seem to be on the move and happy to see you when you go near the tank. I was intrested in the bosc monitor lizard aswell but he said they need to be handled all the time to keep them tame and as they get older they arnt as active.
