I would say AHS heaters are one of the best things, got a built in stat so you dont need to worry about that, they will sit inside the viv and won't cause any harm to your uro, you can always get a wire gaurd to put over it. They can be a bit expensive but they are worth it and wont cost much more than a decent stat and heatmat : )

Have a look in classifieds, Ebay, or a local reptile shop

Or theres plenty of places online that will sell them, sure someone on here can reccomend a good online reptile shop for supplies.

problem with ahs heaters and uros is uros associate light with heat.
i would go for a couple of spot bulbs to acheive your 120-140 basking spot and give off light so the uros know where to bask.
