Have you checked the bottom for any cracks/holes?

Also, with mine I realised there is a hole under the flat near the tube. Have you covered that up? When I kept tiny locusts in the cricket keeper, they always got out of that hole near the tube under the flap.

I gave up on my one a long time ago. I had the exact same problem.

I looked and looked at it and never figured out the problem.

My best guess was that they were somehow squeezing through the bars on the top, x-files style lol!

My cricket keeper had a hole in the bottom corner before n they all got out!
Is your vivarium an exoterra??
I just discovered recently that crickets were escaping from the back of mine- where there's 6 holes for leads they have a lil slidey thing to cover them up, I always made sure that they were slid across but upon closer inspection, the bit where the slider comes across from leaves a gaping hole! I just assumed that part was covered this whole time so no wonder I had so many escapees! Covered it up with black tape now and havent had any more loose since!
So if it is an exo then that is worth investigating!
