i compleatly agree ive lost count the amount of times ive seen new forum members come on with a baby bosc and start to get worryed when theyre not calming down even though theyre handleing every day so then they end up in the classifieds,some do respond to being handled alot i think the key is to learn quickly what your monitor wants and then take it slowly after all whats the rush

i think that when people are going to start off with a reptile they should get a leo or a bearded. and if someone is going to get a monitor or tegu they should do a lot of research first. this forum is great for giving infomation. i have seen people who have never had a lizard in their life go into a reptile shop and want to have a bosc there on the spot. shop owners should give a little test befor selling a large lizard
