Default Crestie tank

Ok so Ive heard stories that keeping cresties in a tank bigger than 18 x 18 x 18 inch can stress them out.

Im halfway thru building a 27"Long x 34"High x 19"Deep.

1) is this too big for a single crestie.
2) any ideas of what other species could go in there (something that needs no uv.) - it would have to be something I could handle not a Day gecko as they have delicate skin.

i keep one adult male in a 45x45x60cm and he seems to be fine.
