sorry but that is stupid from trading standards. As alot of people have said different requirements are set for each animal. Water dragons need quite a bt of swimming area. Do leos swim. no. How can they come out with this

lack of basic knowledge plays a key part in this issue..which leads to the question...are they the corect ppl for the job??...could you imagine if it had been cats and dogs in this instance!!!! it would have been dealt with there and then..

as re.the RSPCA well nothing surprises me it should be RSPDCo (royal society for the protection of dogs and cats only).
