Do I need to turn off the heat mat at night. Silly question but I got my new gecko yesterday and forgot to ask. gizmo is a boy and very friendly he seems to like the heat at night. Thanks Sandra

a night timedrop to about 70 degrees is best.
so off if your room stays within that, on but turned stat down to 70 if not.
