Default My Baby Is Sick

Hey guys

i havnt posted in a while but i just thought id do a quick post i have posted previously about my 1 yr old CWD and how she has no energy and cant climb very well she has barley been eating

so i have an appointment with the vet on thursday has anyone else every had this problem i know the lovely sparkle came to see me and even she said she is in a bad way i am really sad at the moment as i think they are going to tell me there is nothing they can do.

i would never have been any wiser if i hadnt bought my other cwd 6 mths ago and he is 3x the size of buddy so do these symptoms mean anything to anyone

STUNTED GROWTH
RARLEY EATS
NOT SHED IN MONTHS
HER LITTLE FEET ARE ALL BROKEN BY THE LOOKS OF IT
NO BALANCE
NEVER SITS UP ALWAYS LYING DOWN SLOUCHING

Any suggestions would be good i am hoping vet will say there is some quality of life i can give her but she is over a year and she has always been like this but like i say ive only been noticing it cos of shorty my 2nd WD

buddy is the one in the photo below lying down

sorry dude I dont no anything about CWD's I just no there amazing to look at!

Hope all goes well for you !

Is it possibly all has gone down hill a bit due to introducing another CWD?
I mean like you stated it was noticeable more when you introduced a second party?

Just a guess not sure I dont no anything about them !

But I no whats its like when your beloved pet is on a downer I went through it with my cat blackie died at 16/17 2 months ago!

Hopefull yyour CWD wont go down that road

broken bones would suggest she maybe has mbd caused by not being given the correct amount of uv and supplimentation in her diet.
this could also effect her digestion system which would in turn effect her appetite.
everything you have listed for symptoms really does point me in the direction of severe mbd or parasites.
has she ever been wormed? she is more than likely wild caught and therefore can be riddled with parasites.
only the vet will be able to tell you what it is thats wrong for sure im only guessing going by the symptoms.i hope the vet can help.good luck xx

I dont feel i done anything different with buddy as i did for shorty is it possible she could have had this before i got her i got her from a shop in paisley and she would have been about 2 months old at that point maybe more ? as like i said b4 if i didnt buy my other WD I WOULD NEVER HAVE REALLY NOTICED ANYHTING WRONG .

And when it come to my baby im willing to do anything to keep her but dont want her being in pain and want a better quality of life for her but dont know if that is possable with how weak she is ..

i hope so much there is something the vet can do xxx

Is there any way you can get to the vet sooner than Thurs? Better for your baby and less time to worry for you.

Katrina if only i could i hoped not to get started on this but the rep vet here is the only one around and he come and goes all over scotland

so my point is they do not deal with reps at weekends and the only get the schedule a weeks before and hes only there 2 days a week ... i so wish i could take her sooner but have no choice

xx
