I've had a smallish female - about six and a half inches long - snaffle up a pink that I was trying to tempt a larger laying female with. They're pretty squishy, so they're not significantly harder to eat than a large cricket or a locust.

I've never noticed anything of the sort - pinks have UNDEVELOPED bones (they're largely cartilage at that age) which is why the primary source of calcium in them is actually the milk in their bellies; they're more digestible meat than a cricket is (a cricket's got a lot of barely digestible shell).

I feed my leopard geckos pinkie mice, once every 2 months. This is for both males and females and has been gratefully received.
I must insist that all my animals are offered food until THEY stop, not until rules or regulations deem I should stop feeding them and tbh, since changing that my animals have went right up in weight as they are feeding when THEY want and how much THEY want! Just my two pence. Bryan
