bitten off tail
can anyone please suggest anything to try on beardies tail. its better than it was when we rescued him.

Umm, eww.
I would say vets ASAP as the beardie will be in alot of pain. How long has it been like that?

jacks tail
it's dried up and hes shedding now, so i will post pics when hes done and get better quality pics. jacks not botherd by it but i am, maybe im just over reacting but i could never have left him in this state, with the TWO beardies who actualy did this!
 i dont think he was actuly getting any calcium eathier, hes on 1 to 2 doses a week, and picking up nicely.

the origonal owner left him like that for about a week, ive had him two and been washing the wound and keeping his viv clean. hes a good eater, loves salad and LOVES crickets!

no powder on his salad. he was very soft when i got him, his back and spines wernt properly developed.
now hes shedding and feeling rougher, and theres actualy a line of fresh skin on the tail base, i think the dead bit on the end might drop off, but if not its a trip to the vets, does anyone know a good one in cheshire?

I normally dust my beardies food with calcium mon-fri once a day and then with nutrobal on sat and sunday.
Think if your beardie has been lacking in calcium and other supplements it may be a good idea to make sure he's getting more now.

Yeah use the calcium monday to friday, and a muli-vit saturday and sunday.
Is is a pure calcium you are using?
