They've faded the material, but been on daily for 12 hrs (7am - 7pm) for 2 years.

Its a R80 100w Spot. What i've done is got an old coat hanger and used it from the back to front of the flexi so that the reflectors rim sits on the flexarium and the coat hanger otherwise it will droop!

the plastic back and sides are good as well for keeping heat in , they go on before the mesh, also stopps you spraying the full wallpaper

Hi, i have a veiled and used 2 keep him in a flex when he was younger, flex are good but for veileds that require high temps i found it hard to keep a good temp in there, also humidity was a problem. My cham was happy in there for a while but then got very stressed when he could see my leopard geckos moving about in there cage. i also noticed that crickets can quite easily munch there way out of flexis. I move dhim 2 a normal wooden viv with glass doors and two large vents on either side and hes been alot happier ever since. I also kno people who have kept veileds in normal wooden vivs with smaller vents and they have had no problems, and one of them even hatched 60 eggs from one of his females in there. So all im saying really is find out whats best for you, but this can be expensive, just use commen sense, if ure houser or room isnt that warm, perhaps avoid the flex and customise a viv...

i also fix the lamp to the ceiling allowing a 4 inch gap so mesh does not get to hot with a 150 wat bulb
