Are these species-wide? Today i got a massive branch of curly willow, is it safe to assume it is OK? Do i take the buds and bark off before adding it?
Thanks for all the info guys, im going to use this safe list to plant the viv up. better safe than sorry!

magpye i cant log into that forum, so i cant read the moss thread.
 I cant find anything about Bryum calophyllum being toxic or dangerous, so i assume its ok to put this moss around the edge of the viv? it is really dense so its ideal, and i will buy some nicer looking mosses for various places in the viv. It grows all over my garden so i know its not had anything nasty to absorb. Also some of the plants im using are mentioned by family like the corkscrew hazel, but not by their full name. Can i assume theyre going to be safe? So far its looking bare, but im going to make up for it in dead foliage until i buy some denser plants.
