Default veiled chameleons

Is it ok to have 2 females chameleons together? I have a 4ftx4ftx3ft tank which was set up for my male chameleon but he died of old age a couple of months ago, I have heard the females are more socialable and live together in the wild and just want to know if thats true. Thanks Anita

Best not to have 2 any sex chams together as they are extremely territorial.. it is however possible and if you provide enough basking/hiding/drinking spots..
