I highly doubt someone keeps hacking your account if you've changed your password, put numbers or special characters. Why the would they want too?

Do you use a shared computer?

Do you log out of RFUK EVERY time you leave your computer?

It's unlikely they are actually HACKING the account - what's more likely is that either someone has guessed your login details and is using them - or they're sitting down on your computer and using it when you're not looking.
