well theres alot about housing, like heating and lighting. but one thing i cant find is what supliments people use.
i know this might sound like alot. but could people put up this.

what supliment you use.

how you use them. (eg puttin them on crickets. feeding them to the cricks. or in some cases putting it with liquidised food.)

and how many times a week you use it.

I use Nutrobal for multi vits and calypso for calcium.
I dust crickets with nutrobal every tue, thurs, sat.
I dust veg with calypso every mon, wed.(the nutrobal has calcium)
with the geckos i just alternate.

I don't suppliment. I have a bowl of calcium in their vivs at all times and gutload the livefood

Food is gutloaded, there is calcium available at all times and once or twice a week I will dust, with, er, dunno - it's black with a pink lid!

leopard gecko dust? [black with pink lid]

We dust food 4-5 times a week with calcium and twice a week with multivits [nutrobal] for virtually all the lizards, with a dish of calcium in the viv for the leos.

i use calypso calcium daily, i use my tweezers to sprinkle it onto the crickets.
