Default Leopard Geckos

Hiya (dont worry its not another mixing species question)

ive just got 3 georgeous leopard geckos, 2f & 1m, who are 2 months old and have been told they are just the 'bog standard' ones.
is it possible to add a different breed,i.e spotted or albino etc? (aslong as it was female!
the reason i ask is that my sister has a 1 year old female spotted leopard gecko and can no longer look after her, and asked if i could have her.
Any help would be grately appreciated

Sorry to be soo vague. Not sure of the names of different kinds of morphs.

The 'spotted' one is white with lots of little black spots all over her
and mine i think are 'Het Raptor' going by some pics ive seen on here!

But is it ok to mix 2 month olds with a one that is 1 year old? They are all CB and have no diseases

You shouldn't really house two or more Leos together if they are different sizes as the smaller one can end up being bullied by the biggers ones.

the 'spotted' is PROBABLY a mack snow, and unsure on yours, het means you cant see that gene at all, its hidden, so how can you know its het raptor by looking at it?

i wouldnt advise putting them together untill the 2 month old is atleast 8 months old.

You also shouldnt be keeping the male in with the females at 2 months old they will need seperating, the males become sexually mature quicker than the females and you could have him trying to mate with the females from as young as 6 months old.
Im not sure how a breeder can tell you 100% what sex the leos are at 2 months of age so you need to be very carefull that you havent ended up with 2 males.

Hello

Pictures would help with working out what morph all the geckos are.

You should keep the male away from the female even though they are only young, personally i would keep the older one seperate from the lot but keep the male on his own as well.

It will be easier to sex the geckos as they get older, i know that at the moment we incubate all our babies for female but nature is a funny thing and a few males slip through, but at such a young age it is difficult to give a 100% sexing.

Hope that helps a bit. If I can b of any further help please contact me.
