Talking Help on feeding =]

Howdy
We have two Leopard Geckos! And at the moment we are feeding them meal worms and wax worms as a treat!
We tried the first gecko we got with crickets and she ate one...either they are too quick or she is just damn lazy! lol
They dont seem too keen on meal worms though
What else could we try them with?
Any suggestions

Alright?
I use mealworms as the staple food for my leos - they don`t love them, but they are a good everyday food source for them. I keep a dish in permanently so they pick when they want (a bit like us with bread!). My younger leos love black crickets but my adults take them or leave them (probably can`t be bothered - a bit like urs!). They all adore waxworms as a treat (I`m sure u know about these being fatty etc). The ones that they all love - even above waxworms - are locust. The juveniles have 5 small ones a week (approx) and the adults have 2/3 medium to large a week. I find that there`s just something about the way they move that triggers my leos hunting instinct. Some people use morios (giant mealworms) but I don`t - but that`s just personal preference, there`s no reason not to. Anyroad, good luck with `em.

Oh, don`t forget to feed your food (gut-load), and dust all food stuff with calcium (every feed) and a nutrient supplement (2 x a week!). Apologies if you already know all this (it`s early and can`t remember what the question was!!!)

I feed my 5 Leos on mealworm alone. I feed the mealworm beforehand then just put quite a few in their bowl and dust with calcium. I change it daily if they have eaten them all if not change when needed but discard anything in their bowl for more than 3 days. I then weigh my leos regular to keep an eye on their weight so i know they are feeding.
I was told givig wax worm to leos is like giving chocolate to a human its very fattening and they could prefer oe or other and if they take a liking to just wax worms its not healthy for them.
Hope this has been helpful!

Ours have marios, locusts and roaches and love them all,the marios are the least favorite,I think the fact that they don't move much is the reason for this as when the food moves it gets their attention.
