Yes, lots of ventilation and probably not so much moisture, as well as food for them. I get 2000 a month, keep 1000 each in large tubs about 18 inches square and they last the month.

I'd cut out the citrus fruit (oranges) too - it can give crickets the runs.
If you're giving them greens they shouldn't NEED additional water sources.

I don't think you need a cricket keeper or bug grub I have tried both and not noticed much difference,as stated a well vented tub with bran on the bottom some egg carton and greens are all you need,try not to use much lettuce as it makes the tub wet and is not a very nutricious food,greens such as kale are best and at the moment take advantage of free weeds such as dandilion and plantain,good luck.
