Think you can get a 42" (and the highest uv percentage you can get ) but otherwise use 36". Use a reflector as this almost doubles the usable uv. Place uv so that beardie can sit about 6" away from it. Hope this helps

Dunno where the 36 inch came from when i think about it.
Anyway got a few bits n pieces ordered, nothing major, runners, bulb holder, handles and vents.

Been looking at live foods, prices, breeding em, etc. But got confused didn't I know they came in different sizes.

OOOh got 2 books on beardies and their care too, one of which as been dispatched. Am inordinately excited at the prospect,

It's brill looking forward to your first rep isn't it. Read the books and if you have any queries just ask. You might get more replies on the Lizard section if you have anything you dont understand. I'm sure you'll be a great keeper and enjoy your beardie!!!
