Hi guys,

I was bought this beautiful violin for my birthday last year and since then i've become a skint skint student can't afford lessons and will be a skint skint student for the next 3 1/2 years! So i've decided to sell it. I'm just about to email a local music store with pics etc offering to sell it to them. It cost £250 and i've never played it, well maybe tried once or twice (shh) so i'm thinking of selling it for £200. It's basically brand new and is reeeally lovely. I don't want to seem like an idiot for asking for £200....does this seem right? Would really appreciate it if anyone knows anything about instruments buying selling etc could give me some advise.
