Default One of the fastest road legal 125's in the UK, swaps for high end Royal morphs

As the title states this is on of the fastest road legal 125's in the country, (I say one of as I'm not sure wether or not there is anything faster that is road legal).

It is a 2007 Aprillia RS 125 with 5000 miles on the clock, it has a handmade stainless steel exhaust made by Jim Lomas, Moto tasinari vforce 3 reed valve system and a pipercross performance race filter for maximum airflow.

I have had this bike on the dyno and it topped out at 130.8 MPH and was pulling just under 33bhp at the rear wheel. I must also state that the engine cylinder, head etc has received no tuning whatsoever so this bike does have the possibillity to put out more power but I never thought it needed it. I have all receipts and a full service history, I will rebuild the engine with all new internals, pistons etc, all parts will be original or better quality (prox, wiseco etc).

This bike has never been dropped, crashed or even scratched whatsoever. I would like this bike to go to a genuine 2 stroke lover like myself and not just some dumb ass kid looking to impress his mates and/or kill himself.

Any info or pics wanted then feel free to PM me as I probably wont read this thread again after today as I'm not really wanting to get rid of my baby but I have reached a crossroad with my hobbies and need to pick one.

Cheers for looking

Legally you shouldn't ride it on a CBT unless restricted to 14.6hp but nowadays, nobody really bothers with restrictions. I know I've never kept a restrictor in my bikes for long.

Too true.

There are hardly any restricted 125's on the road nowadays.
Most of the restrictions are so easy to bypass, it's untrue.
I'm not going to give details, but all of you who know, will obviously know.

They don't test bikes for power output on a cbt, as far as I know.
If you know your bike is over the limit, take the test on one of the centres bikes for about £10 extra....
If you're in doubt of being caught, be observent (as you should alwasy be on a bike) and you will never be caught speeding on a dual carriageway, which is the only place you will be realistically questioned about the power of your bike if caught speeding...

Well it was advertised for swaps but I will list rougly what I have spent on it.

Standard '57 bike= £3500
Aprilia race kit=£400
Jim Lomas exhaust=£330
Vforce 3 reed block=£130
Pipercross filter=£30
Renthal Sprockets and Tsubaki Chain=£100
God knows how much labour=£.....
Engine rebuild for new owner=£500-£800

So this bike will have effectively a brand new engine in it and the tyres have done like 1000 miles on them so Dont make me a stupid offer as this bike is better than brand new.

And also you cannot ride this legally on a CBT as it is illegal and you WILL kill yourself, dont believe your mates that there standard bike with an arrow exhaust has done 120mph or whatever because even if thats true they are telling you a speedo reading and a speedo is highly inaccurate after 30 mph and above 100mph it is out by between 10-20%, I know this as when my bike did 130mph on the dyno it was reading just under 150mph on the speedo.

it was out of interest as for the killing myself not likely lol as i own a ninja already which is being sold sadly due to baby on the way! i have always liked these due to the fact of just being so much fun for what it is! as for the price maybe could give an idea as im aware what you have spent but these lose value dont they! not saying is not an awesome piece of kit and a friend of mine owns one and quite happily keep up with us if out riding together!

basically people buy it lol!! are great fun and handle surprisingly well for a "small bike"
