I have a male, supposedly Peruvian and I'm pretty sure he is, Guinea pig that is looking for a new home. He is friendly enough once you pick him up, but before you do he can get a bit funny. He is 4-5 years old, not sure exactly, and needs grooming every few days, to keep his coat in condition. During the summer months it needs cutting slightly, so he does not over heat. He is good with grooming, apart from his back end, and he kicks but NEVER bites. Can be a little iffy about having his nails clipped, so filing them is the preferred option.

He really needs a home with another guinea pig, or a rabbit for company. He has lived with both in the past, and should quite happy do so again. However he could go to a home on his own, seeing as he has been that way for a couple of years.
Would make a good pet for elder children, however he has been stroked, poked, prodded and held/grabbed by an 18 month old child before now, and was fine with her.

He does have a hutch, although it is a little weather worn in the bedding area, so may need to be replaced. Will need floor time every day, as is not used to being confined. Fine with cats, but has never been near a dog.

Taking offers. A very sad decision, but I know he will be happier with other animals, or with a child to love.

u can try Rabbit Rehome - Adopt an unwanted bunny from a rescue centre they do rabbits and guinea pigs, its just like a classified section. i think its just for animals free to good home but not 100% sure. very good site none the less lol good luck. lovely piggy
