Default No Rat Food Please Help! Can They Have...

ferret nuggets or dry cat food (go cat)? just for a night or two?

they can have lots of stuff ... ferret food cat food (not as a main meal all the time but shouldn't hurt for a day or two , cereals with no added sugar(weatabix, cornflakes, rice crispys), stale bread, scrambled egg, broccoli, kale chicken , tuna, mackerel , dried pasta , cooked pasta etc...

If I was stuck in that position, I would cook them a meal... Pasta with various veggies and a protien source (tuna is a good one).

tuna is the don at protein! for the rats and for me before gym! real cheap if you go to cash and carry and buy massive bulk packs!

Rats can eat virtually anything so dont worry too much mine two of which are four years old have toast fried eggs ice cream chocolate cereals tuna chicken little bits of cheese spaghetti bolognaise any vegetables although i wouldnt recommend peppers fruit including apples pears strawberries and thats just what i can think of off the top of my head If you want to know if anyhting else is ok feel free to msn me, my addy is on my profile, and i will be happy to help

Mine get sunday dinner every week with yorkies they love it.
They sit watching us have our dinner and then wait for theirs.

They also get the home made mix and fresh veg and meat though.
