have a check in her mouth incase she injured it with the stick. as the brown could be blood in the saliva. let us know what the vet says

the drooling and not eating sounds like a stomach upset but not too sure why it would be brown. I would phone the vet for advice, sometimes they offer a trick and it works so prevents having to make a trip.

the brown was deffo blood before just phoned the emergency vet they said keep a close eye on her and try and get her to drink some warm water and if she gets any worse by 9pm phone back and we'll take her down if not phone in the morning and see the vet then as to see them tonight would involve a long drive and £100 just for the consultation alone but if its what she needs shes my baby and i'll get her there :-( he said it sounds like something in her stomach but without seeing her he cant know

hi - I would take some time to look into her mouth especially the roof - my dog got a stick lodged accross the roof of her mouth when being walked by someone else and I know from experience it can make them very uncomfortable.

I hope she feels better soon, keep us informed eh?
