sorry i cant see the area from the pic but every thing reacts differently to stings and the amount of venom (how long the sting was in for and how it was removed) is also a factor

Oh i think i worked it out. his right paw?

You don't get much luck do you Gina! Give the vet a ring and ask if you should do anything to it or leave it be..

I know you should usually treat stings with piriton tablets, I know dogs are one tablet, probably the same for cats.
Thats what your vet would say, and if that doesnt reduce the swelling they ask you to go in.

I think bicarbinate of soda on the stung area may help. Im almost certain it's vinegar in wasp stings, bicarb on bee stings and pee on jelly fish stings.

As long as he doesnt have a reaction which causes his face to swell or have breathing difficulties I would leave him he`ll be fine. My silly Oriental girl Purdy is forever getting stung. Nose, paws face. She doesnt learn and keeps doing it lol The swelling should all go by tomorrow

bicarb and wee wee are both alkaline so they could both be used. I think the only reason they say pee on a jellyfish sting is you are not likely to have bicarb at the beach.

Hows he doing today? Is it looking any better?
