Nice bird. Is she dna or surgically sexed? Did you 'adopt' her or buy her?
Have you got her diet sorted out so she is eating properly and not just nasty parrot seedmixes?

well im not sure if she's dna/surgically sexed they just told us that she was a female. They didn't want her anymore (they were looking for homes for 2 macaws as well) so they gave her to us for free : ] she was fed a pellet diet so we mixed her food with new food that's mixed with seeds/nuts and she also gets her salad. She's adjusting very well, when we picked her up at the place she was kept in a smaller cage with no perch or toys so she's lovin' it here with us

Unless they had her surgically or DNA sexed, it's impossible to tell until she starts to lay eggs lol. Greys seem to suffer more than most from hypo calcaemia so try her on things like dandelions leaves and flowers, almonds are also a good source as is low fat cottage cheese. Mine also get hard boiled eggs crushed shell and all, more veg than fruit or salads. Also at this time of year small twigs of hawthron and they eat the leaves and bark, willow twigs and ash are also good.
here is a link to an axcellent site which tells how to feed natural stuff which I found very useful.
The Kitchen Physician Medicinal Foods

and the same site with recipes to make your own healthy treats.
Land of Vos - Carolyn's Recipes

although it was written by eclectus breeders and keepers, it can be used for all parrotlike birds.
