Just had the RSPCA at more door again 2nd time in the last few months

they had a report i now have a rottie and all my dogs are kept in dirty conditions...........all of them locked in 1 crate all day everyday with poo and wee all over...............i dont ever walk my dogs or feed them...........................

well yet again she came in and laughed and said you have someone that is really jealous of you or hates you

she wouldnt yet again tell me who made the complaint

how do i go about being harrassed not by them as i dont mind letting the RSPCA in i have nothing to hide but about the person/s that keep reporting me

I have a good idea who it is but i need the proof how can i find out ?

Oh and for those that are gonna jump on the band wagon and have a go...............dont as there are many people on this forum that have been to my house and seen exactly how fit and healthy and happy my dogs are

Oh an the fact my house always looks like a husky will indicate that they are hardly in their crates other than when walking a couple of them

Personally i would confront the person that i thought it was and have done before they will more than likely say yes it was me and will explain why they are doing it if anything its normally down to the noise or smell.

Just approach them and say the rspca said you have yet again reported me i would much rather you came to talk to me first so we can sort out the problem between us like adults rather then you wasting the rspca's valuable time

My aunt went through a similar thing a few years ago, she had someone move in with her and the ex-wife was being a pain! She reported to the RSPCA that the cows looked sad in the field, that her dog was thin and abused, just to try and make my aunts life hell so she chucked him out and then he would have to move back home with her.

The RSPCA followed up every complaint, and averaged about 3 a month and in the end she had enough, she got her vet to come out to assess every animal she had (there was alot - she owns a farm with several horses, cows, cats, dogs etc) and he wrote a note to say all were in good health and kept in great condition etc and followed it up with the RSPCA who never attended anymore complaints made by this woman.

Maybe you could do something similar? Or ask the RSPCA what it would take to stop it

All my dogs are health checked every 6 months they are weighed every 3 months for worming

im at the vets more than i am at home lol

The person who is doing this is childish and the RSPCA kinda dropped her in it by saying that it was the same person but from a differnt number

Now i know for a fact this person has changed her number recently as i was their when her hubby smashed her phone and cut up her sim card

She was having an affair with my sisters now estranged husband............and my sister went on and had it out with her (no fighting just talking an god knows how she kept her cool i would have decked her)

so im 99.9% sure its this pathetic woman thats doing it

but i need the other 1% proof before i go shouting my mouth off lol

also i wouldnt put it past her to call the police either and have me arrested for even looking at her funny thats the kind of pathetic twit she is

The RSPCA have now twice been and only ever about the dogs never about the other animals so it has to be her as she dont know about the other animals i have as they all came along after i stopped having owt to do with her cos she was having it away with my sisters hubby

They aren't allowed to tell you, hoever you are not obliged to let them in your house when they come round unless they have a warrant and policeman with them.They can only get that warrant if they know for sure that you are being cruel to them. Tell them you are tired of being harrassed like this and will take out a restraining order against them if they don't stop.

I see what you are saying there Fen, BUT if she was to do that then it looks like she's got something to hide and will cause more trouble than it is worth. I would just stick it out Emma. The childish prat doing the reporting will end up dropping themself in it. Then you can go off and report the harrasment case to the old bill!

I used to have our local chap around if he was passing. If he started having to call because of a malicious person, I would not let him in and tell him to go by what he knows about me from previous experience. If it looks uspicious, so what. Let him come back with a warrant then.

To be honest i have been lucky an the inspector thats been coming up has been a lovely lass no pushing or ignornant a normal down to earth lass

I would rather let her come in as im not a nasty person and let her see what she already knows

she was so apologetic when i opened the door and it was her stood there again

so i know she knows that she is wasting her time but she has to follow the complaint through

plus if i refuse her access then thats giving the person thats called them more ammunition to try and pee me orf

as they have to call the person back when they have visited to let them know what happened at the visit.........thats the ones that aint annonomus callers

she has obviously given her details and asked to be informed of what happened at visit

Sorry Emma Grrr these sickos make me mad. A few years ago I had the same thing. Horrid woman next door complained about everything to everybody even down to the smell of Jeyes fluid that I use about once a month.I had Enviromental Health here, Rspca, and anyone else she could think of.She used to Meow out the window at me and threaten my kids.They all laiughed at her and she has since moved house but if we ever see her or her kids they are very abusive.I used to plot how to kill her. How come the RSPCA never attend anything important?? but always attend when there is no need. Dont think you are alone Emma coz animals and horrid neighbours go hand in hand. Take away your dogs Emma and they would still find something to complain about so stuff em.I would be tempted to make a poster for the window that states the RSPCA attended and found everything as it should be and circulate it around that the RSPCA where laughing at the stupid person who reported you. Dont know why people should comment about your pets as Im sure like mine they are loved and well cared for and they dont need to have visited your house to know that
