I have worked my way through their product list and found everything to be fresh, clean and I would be happy to eat it myself. Their customer service is excellent and they deliver when they say they will. Their prices are up front and visible. I hate it when companies don't want to display their prices and you have to make an effort to phone them and ask for the price of every single item you might be interested in. I have found that if a company won't display prices, it's usually because they are much more expensive than their competitors.
Not only am I more than happy with landwoods, all 16 of my dogs, including the puppies and all 12 of my cats, love everything I have bought from them, have never suffered any digestive problems and thrive on it. The cats in particular love the mixed heart and beef shin, the dogs had lambs tripe yesterday.
I don't know landywoods personally, I get no discount for recommending them nor anything else and I would be the first to disrecommend any company I had a problem with, but I cannot fault landywoods in any way shape or fom and neither can the people I know who buy from them.

I have never found them helpful unfortunately as I would have liked to use them seeing as they are only a few miles away. When I have emailed asking various questions I have had no reply, so a week or so later I have emailed again getting a one word answer to one question and completely ignoring the rest of what I have asked. I have been told I can collect food direct, but never been given opening times. So I finally go there, no answer at the front of the place, but the back is all open and there are loads of crates of meat and bones sitting outside in the baking hot sun... YuK.
