Default Fighting Cats

my 4yr old neutered male cat has took a dislike to my 3yr old very quiet male neutered cat and every time he sees him he attacks him (fur flying) is there anything i can do ?

dont worry about it hun, my 10 year old grumpy massive bermese cat attacks my 1 year old cat and my 6 month old kitten all the time, just let them settle in a bit and just remember that its ok
