Default Leopard eel??

Hey everyone. In the pet section of the garden centre Squires that have this beautiful eel that is advertised as a 'Leopard Eel' There was no latin name and nobody working there at the time knew his latin name.
From what I have been reading there are a few types of eel that are commonly advertised as 'Leopard Eels' or 'leopard moray eel' some which get to 30inchs and others 6 foot!
The eel has been in the store for agggees in quite a small tank and I'd love to give him a good home, but I'd like to know exactly what type of eel he is for obvious reasons. I'm hoping to catch the manager one day to see if he knows the exact type. In the mean time, does anybody on here know what type he is most likely to be? I know it's tough without a photo.
He looks more like the eel in this picture; Comstock Images Stock Image - Leopard moray eel - at Jupiterimages
he doesn't look like the one of this site; eels
he doesn't look like this one either; Brackish Fish Family - Leopard Aquatic

any help would be great

Take care guys.

you might wanna stick this in the fish section.

But I'd imagine it would prbably be a moray. They are pretty common in shops and to be honest garden centres aren't famous for their fish sections, so it would be unlikely to be anything particuarly rare really
