Default Chocolate and cream anyone?

Ooh dear.. I just couldn't restrain myself.. meet "Apple"

She needs a good bath and her nails clipping (and please excuse the nose!) but she is gorgeous regardless.

And just so he doesn't feel left out, my other accident prone skunk-boy Einstein with his little pegleg (thankfully coming off in a week because its absolutely filthy!)

Way to go Hannah, she's gorgeous. Fingers crossed Einstein's leg will heal well.

Thanks Ray, the bone didnt displace at the site of fracture and oddly he managed to only fracture the tibia, so the fibula is helping by acting as an internal support in addition to his "pot" - so far its looking very good, especially as he is so young.

Stompy broke his leg at some point before we got him, it healed ok though he did have a slight kink in it but it never bothered him. I'm sure Einstein will be fine.
You also posted about insurance, do it, get them insured, our vet bill for Stompy and MaryJane was over £600 (though we'd have happily paid £6000). We still miss them so much

Im definately getting both insured now, ein has cost me £200ish so far which is very good but i actually got a few things free because of the "novelty" of them treating such a tame skunk - that wont last forever!

He will probably cost another £150 if they re-xray even if it heals perfectly. *sigh* Shame I love the bugger so much!

They are something else aren't they? Have fantastic characters, all unique and a great attitude, even when they are tiny. Both the girls aren't afraid of anything, even Blaze our labrador. They wheedle their way into your heart like no other animal I know of. I should take some pics of all of ours again and post them, they grow up so quick.
