At this age using a syringe is often easier although if you have the offer of a foster cat that would be the way to go.
A syringe cost 22p at most chemists. Ask the pharmacist as they arent' on the shelves.
Kat she 's in Rugby if that's close to you!!!!

I am constructing a website for my rodents so if you'd like to take look please be patient I'm not very good with webpages so it may take a while to get up and running. I only have the hamster pages anywhere near done.

I have hand reared a few kittens in the past and found that the syringe method is the best.
I assume the vet told you how to stimulate them to make them wee and poo...a mucky job but someone has to do it.

Smile Kittens

You are doing what I have spent 15 years doing.I find that using a syringe is best. They suck the end and pull it down themselves. Be sure to keep them clean as we had an episode 2 years ago where a fosterer didnt keep them quite clean and they ended up with Corona Virus and most died of FIP. Ask your local Cats Protection or smaller rescue centre they may be able to supply you with milk. I have known people rear the on human baby milk without any problems but I always use Cimicat or Walthams. Lactol is ok and not as dear you get it from the petshop.
If I can be of any help pm me
GoodLuck Shel
